Tea with Tic Tock! Los Angeles Wedding and Event Planner
I had the pleasure (and very exclusive invitation!) to attend the 2nd Annual "Tea Party" event, hosted by Tic Tock Couture Florals and The Langham Huntington Hotel, Pasadena. Eddie Zaratsian of Tic Tock Couture Florals throws this event every year for over 70 luxury wedding planners in the Southern California area. It is a day for us to relax and enjoy, since we never are really a guest at events! And what a day it was! The Langham Huntington Hotel is a gorgeous location and setting for such an event. Their tea sandwiches and pastry desserts were unbelieveable; they tasted just as scrumptious as they looked! Eddie and his event partners (Revelry Event Design, Wildflower Linens, Raye C Marketing, Cean One Photography, Creative Works Designs, Images by LIghting) spoiled us silly with a feast for the senses. NO details were overlooked, and at the end of this magnificent day, we all went home with swag bags of goodies!

70th Birthday Celebration at Noor Restaurant, Los Angeles Event Planner
The guest of honor, Peter, had no idea his Wife and children were planning a special celebration in honor of his 70th Birthday! Apparently, no one has ever been able to surprise him with anything, so this was a top secret mission! Enlisting a professional event planner (yours truly!) became necessary to pull this celebration off without ruining the surprise, and I'm happy to say we were successful! Noor Restaurant in Pasadena was selected as the venue, and their Ella Ballroom was the perfect fit for this "distinguished gentleman" theme. With an open bar all evening long, and talented entertainers such as singer Max Fontaine and DJ Party Pros, every guest was on the dance floor having a fantastic time!

Katie & Kevin's (Sweet) Pasadena Wedding! Pasadena Wedding Planner
Katie and Kevin had been trying to plan their wedding for almost two years, but since Kevin was in the Army and stationed in the Middle East for continuous deployments, they had to keep pushing back their wedding date. Once they were sure he was coming home by the middle of 2010, they set their wedding date and Katie called us for help. Katie wanted to make sure all details were accounted for since they had been waiting so long for this day to finally arrive. She wanted to enjoy Kevin coming home and not have to worry about all the wedding details, and understandably so!
When I met Katie, she was adorable, peppy, and full of ideas. Afterall, she had been planning this wedding for a long time! Her color palette was teal and yellow; a pretty cool choice to match her fun personality! Actually, the wedding planning process and wedding day ended up being ALL about fun (as you will see by the pictures below).
Katie and Kevin wanted to relax after their ceremony, and so they changed into jeans and t-shirts with converse tennis shoes for most of their reception. They also gave all of their bridal party t-shirts to change in to, and everyone was stoked while they rocked out to tunes from ETC Entertainment (Cory Alamedia). The photobooth and candy buffet were also lots of fun for everyone, and we finished out the evening with tray-passed cookies and milk shooters. Sweet!

If you are looking for a unique idea for your bridesmaids and groomsmens gifts, or want to purchase a bride and groom a gift that no one else is sure to give, then look no further!

What we like about these gifts is that the lucky recipient will actually *use* them, or at the very least, display them proudly!
